Please enclose the return slip with the return shipment, which is enclosed with every package. We ask for your understanding that the shipping costs for the return cannot be covered by us.

Carefully keep the DHL delivery receipt until the receipt of the return package has been confirmed and you have received the credit note from us.


General information:

The returned goods must be in a similar condition as if they were tried in the fitting room of a retail store. Should they show wear and tear, or in case of deterioration of the goods due to further use beyond fitting purposes, we reserve the right to demand compensation. For more detail, please also read the cancellation policy.

Exchange of goods:

Your article does not fit, is too small or too large? Then simply note this on the return bill and include it in the return package. We will exchange the item after receiving your return, exchange it and send it to you again. An exchange for another product though is not possible. Should you desire a different product, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

Refund of the purchase price

A credit note will be issued as soon as possible after receipt of the return package (Monday to Friday once we checked the goods. Please be aware that this can take up to 30 days. The credit note will be sent to you by e-mail. The refund amount will be automatically posted back to you with the payment method you used initially. Bank transfers may take 2-3 days to book.
